COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
Bears Auto Group are taking all necessary precautions in accordance with current regulatory instructions regarding the COVID-19 circumstances which is currently unfolding. Our primary objective is to protect our staff, clients and the greater community by introducing measures into our business practices. Every vehicle that is in our possession will be disinfected on arrival and also pre-delivery. We have PPE Masks available for staff and clients and handwashing facilities along with hand sanitiser.
Our staff have been briefed on protocol and expectations if they are feeling unwell are enforcing mandatory testing before returning to work.
We are taking measures in our production to minimise disruption and delays and appreciate your understanding should we need to alter your repair booking.
Our facilities are all operating as usual and we will be contacting all clients the day before their booking to confirm they are fit to come in for repairs.
